Unless specified on the listing, we recommend to wash on cold and tumble dry low. Do not iron directly over the embroidery designs, this can damage the embroidery.

Each listing has its own size chart that you can refer to, please refer to the item listing that you plan to purchase.

We allow a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving this item. Please keep in mind we need to receive it back in the same condition that it was mailed out in for a full refund or exchange.

We do not cover shipping costs, this would be an additional cost to you.

We ship Internationally to many countries. Please be aware that customs and duties taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. Ghazell is not responsible for these fees and cannot determine how much they will be. These taxes are determined by the destination country and are not included in your shipping costs. All duties and taxes must be paid at time of delivery.

Yes! Our motivation behind Ghazell was to donate 100% of profits directly to a family in Gaza, Palestine. We plan to work our way up to that but as of right now we plan to donate 100% of our profits to Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF).
